Cape Tribulation Camping opened for business at the beginning of 2004 and caters for campervans, caravans, tents and motor home vacationers.

Cape Tribulation Camping has absolute beachfrontage with 20 powered sites, 40 unpowered sites and all amenities needed to make camping the most enjoyable experience for everyone. A communal campfire is provided for guests enjoyment in the evenings, perfect to share your stories from the day with your fellow campers.

We have a fully equipped camp kitchen with free BBQ’s, gas cook-tops, urn with boiling water – always ready for that cuppa, hot showers, laundry, beach showers, public telephone, satellite internet, kiosk/reception, cold drinks, ice, bait and ice-creams.

In October, 2011 we opened “The Sand Bar” complete with our very own wood fired pizza oven. Icy cold beverages can be purchased along with gourmet pizzas and excellent coffee.

Most importantly we have friendly staff to organise your time here. We can book all your tours and arrange all of your activities at our reception.

Fresh local produce is also sold in the kiosk – fruit, jams and cakes.
